Who is DaiseyMae?

My name is Sara, and I founded this organization as part of my own healing journey, seeking freedom from anxiety. My mission began in my early twenties when I faced housing insecurity. Over the years, I realized I had witnessed countless unique stories from others in similar situations.

My experiences in personal growth have equipped me with the skills and mindset to make a meaningful impact in my community. One of the most rewarding outcomes of this journey has been the opportunity to grow fresh vegetables, which not only promotes healthy eating but also fosters a sense of self-sufficiency and sustainability. Additionally, my passion for crocheting dolls and animals has allowed me to connect with the youth in the community, offering them a creative outlet and a way to engage with one another. Through these activities, I’ve seen young people build relationships, learn new skills, and appreciate the joy of crafting, all while growing together and experiencing the beauty of life in new ways.

We are so happy to report growth in the business. We are now planning to launch a shop site, a blog, and donations to larger organizations in the Triad of NC.
